Wang Jusheng is one of the two experts in Beijing among the 69 experts selected by the State Administration of traditional Chinese medicine for the 2019 national famous traditional Chinese medicine expert inheritance studio construction project. Wang Jusheng's inheritance studio of national famous and old traditional Chinese medicine experts was established in February 2020. The establishment of delconi sub station aims to select grass-roots medical institutions with good operation and innovative services as the carrier, deeply combine the grass-roots community health practice, strengthen the living inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine, cultivate the inheritors of academic experience of famous and old traditional Chinese medicine experts, and explore effective methods and innovative models for the academic inheritance, promotion and application of traditional Chinese medicine.

Tuzhitao, director of Beijing Administration of traditional Chinese medicine, said in his speech that the construction of this sub station must be a demonstration, not only in Beijing, but also in the country. We should do a good job in how our famous doctors go to the grass-roots level, how famous doctors drive the development of the grass-roots level, and how famous doctors drive social progress. The biggest result is to make the people who go to Wang Jusheng's studio to see a doctor have a sense of happiness and gain.

After nearly a year of early practice and exploration, delconi branch has achieved initial results in establishing a "famous doctor studio" in the delconi orthopedic hospital and its three community health service stations, innovatively guiding the youth of the surrounding community health service stations in the mode of traditional Chinese medicine, exploring the mode of combined diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and orthopedic rehabilitation, and exploring the differentiated services of traditional Chinese medicine to meet the needs of the grass-roots community masses.

At present, six young Chinese doctors from community health service stations have studied in the "famous doctors' Studio", participated in the sub station to sort out, inherit and promote Wang Jusheng's academic views and clinical experience, formed a systematic diagnosis and treatment plan and applied it to the grass-roots clinical promotion and application, and made efforts to meet the needs of the grass-roots community people for high-quality traditional Chinese medicine medical resources, It has effectively promoted the development of high-level traditional Chinese medicine talent training in Haidian District and the improvement of the development level of traditional Chinese medicine in Beijing. According to the requirements of the 2019 national famous and old traditional Chinese medicine expert inheritance studio construction project of the State Administration of traditional Chinese medicine, the sub station will also accept young traditional Chinese medicine interested in other grass-roots medical institutions in the Haidian region to study.
