1. When you can leave the hospital with the permission of the doctor, the nurse station will handle the discharge procedures for you and explain the precautions to you.
2. When the patient's condition still requires hospitalization, but the patient or his family members actively request discharge, they should sign on the automatic discharge form before handling the discharge procedures.
3. If you still need to take medicine after leaving the hospital, we will give you an appropriate amount of discharge medication and tell you the method of taking the medicine. Please follow the doctor's advice.
4. Discharge procedures:

1) When handling the discharge procedures, you need to bring the hospitalization deposit and the discharge notice given to you by the nurse. If you use the bank card to pay the fee, please bring the bank card when paying the fee to the charge office on the first floor to handle the discharge procedures. The meal card can be returned at the charge office. After the check-out, please show the bill at the nurse station, and the responsible nurse will give you the discharge medicine.
2) Please return your rented nursing bed, patient clothes, bed sheets and other items to the nurse station 30 minutes before leaving the ward. The nurse will return the 300 yuan deposit slip to you after checking it. Please take this deposit bar to the charge office to return the deposit.

Tips:
● According to the relevant regulations of our hospital on bed management, half a day's related hospitalization expenses (subject to the time of leaving the room) will be charged if the time of discharge is more than 14:00 noon.
● If you need to go through the discharge procedures one day in advance on holidays or special circumstances, please explain to your responsible nurse in advance.
