Admission notice

1. The hospital handles admission procedures within 24 hours. From 7:30 to 17:30 on weekdays and from 8:00 to 17:00 on holidays, go through the admission registration procedures at the outpatient and inpatient registration window. Please go through the admission registration procedures at the emergency nurse station at other times.

2. Patients at their own expense need to carry their own ID card (or other valid identity certificate) and hospitalization registration card to go through the admission registration procedures. Medical insurance patients need to carry social security cards (physical cards or electronic cards) and hospitalization registration cards to handle admission registration procedures. 3. After handling the admission registration procedures, please pay the hospitalization related fees at the charge office with the hospitalization registration card. Including:
(1) Hospitalization deposit: the patient can pay the hospitalization deposit for the first time according to the amount of deposit marked by the doctor on the hospitalization registration card. You can use any of cash, personal bank remittance, bank card, cheque, wechat, Alipay and corporate bank remittance to pay the hospitalization deposit. If you pay the hospitalization deposit by cash or personal bank remittance, we will refund the remaining deposit by the original payment method when you handle the discharge settlement; If you pay the hospitalization deposit by swiping your bank card, please bring the bank card you swiped when you leave the hospital, and we will refund the remaining deposit by swiping your card. The bank stipulates that the refunded part of the fee will arrive in about 7 working days. Please understand and inquire in time. If it has not arrived in 7 working days, please contact the bank with your bank card; If you pay the hospitalization deposit by check or company bank remittance, we will also return the remaining amount in the form of check or remittance to the original payer when you handle the discharge settlement.
(2) Deposit for inpatient items: the deposit for conventional inpatient items is 500 yuan per person, including bedding, inpatient clothes, thermos, remote control and other rental items. If no one damages the above items when you leave the hospital, the deposit will be refunded in full. If there is any damage, we will deduct it from the deposit according to the price.
(3) Canteen meal card fee: the hospital has a canteen. If patients or family members need to eat in the canteen during hospitalization, they can apply for a meal card at the charging place. Patients can decide the recharge amount of meal card by themselves according to the length of hospitalization and eating preferences. If the amount of the meal card is insufficient, you can renew it at the charge office. When patients do not need to eat, they can refund their card at the charge office, and the remaining recharge amount in the meal card will be refunded in full. You need to pay a 20 yuan meal card deposit to apply for the meal card. When returning the card, no one will damage the meal card, and you can return the meal card deposit in full.

4. After payment, the patient can obtain a deposit strip for hospitalization (yellow), a deposit strip for hospitalization articles (yellow), and a wristband. The inpatient deposit slip should be properly kept by the patient. If it is lost, it should not be replaced. The patient will be able to settle the bill with the deposit slip when leaving the hospital. If the inpatient deposit slip is incomplete, the patient will not be able to handle the discharge settlement. The deposit slip of inpatient items should be handed over to the nurse station in exchange for related items during hospitalization; When leaving the hospital, return the relevant items of the nurse station, take back the deposit strip of inpatient items, and return the deposit of inpatient items to the charge office.
